We booked this hotel very last minute after our airbnb cancellation and for 61€ during summer high season, we are super grateful to find this hotel. It's a very basic hotel, you get what you paid for. I think they've went through several renovation recently so it seems well-built and unlike what I read in review, the hotel was actually quite clean. They are dog friendly and parking wasn't an issue here. Furthermore, if you come by car, it's not too far from Caen city, the beach and there are a lot of restaurants just 5mins drive away! Overall happy with this hotel.

For a 2* hotel, it was fantastically clean, excellent price, 3 miles from the ferry and eurostar tunnel, and an excellent restaurant literally opposite the entrance gate. Ample power points in the room for phones, hearing aids, tablets, and other things you need to charge. Hotel in very quiet area, so lovely peaceful night's sleep.

Depends on what you're expecting. The hotel is on the southern outskirts of Caen near a lorry park, so not a scenic experience but convenient for main road links. You need GPS to find it, particularly at night. The front desk is manned until 2100, thereafter you put your surname into the machine and it distributes your room key. The hotel offers double, twin and single rooms with or without breakfast. The room was smallish but entirely adequate and clean, ditto for the bathroom. The breakfast was simple but fine. The manager was helpful and pleasant.

Hotel was easy to find, staff very friendly and room clean and comfortable. Excellent restaurant next door to hotel, with very good value meals.

Very welcoming and helpful receptionist; the room was very comfortable and breakfast was available very early in the morning (important for travelling a long distance in daylight).

The room was spacious, with good lighting. It was good to have the hanging space separately for wet coats. The bed was big and comfortable, as were the pillows.

Access, easy for travellers like ourselves. The room was quiet , the beds comfortable. And the receptionist was empathetic and helpful. So we’ll B hotels again

Special thanks to Jean-Lue - administrator of the hotel for hospitality and very nice atmosphere. I can recommend this hotel to everybody who is searching for good place to stay for reasonable amount of money 😀
